Terms of service.

The site itself

This site is operated by Honey Digital (UEN 53520729L), a sole proprietorship. It's provided as-is. I do my best to keep it accurate, but nothing on these pages is a binding quote until we agree on scope in writing.

Engagements

• Scope. Each project starts with a written scope: what I'm building, what it costs, and when it ships. Changes to scope change the price.
• Payment. Most engagements are 50% on start, 50% on delivery, unless we agree otherwise. Retainers are billed monthly in advance.
• Ownership. On full payment, the final deliverables are yours. I keep the right to show the work in a portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• Revisions. Reasonable revisions are included. Major redirections after sign-off are new scope.

What I won't do

I don't build anything that impersonates real people, evades platform rules in a way that could harm users, or violates applicable law. If a project drifts into one of those, I'll stop and refund any unworked balance.

Warranties and liability

I warrant the work will match the agreed scope. Beyond that, everything is delivered as-is. My total liability on any engagement is capped at the fees paid for that engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes go to the Singapore courts, unless a signed SOW says otherwise.
