Legal
Privacy policy.
Last updated: 25 April 2026. This is the short, honest version. If anything is unclear, ping me through the contact form.
Who I am
Honey Digital is a sole proprietorship (UEN 53520729L) run by Megan. When this policy says "I" or "me", it means the studio.
What I collect
- Contact form data. If you send a message through the site, I keep the name, email, company, budget, and message you submit so I can reply.
- Analytics. I use a lightweight, cookie-free analytics tool (Plausible) to count page views and referrers. No personal profiling, no cross-site tracking.
- Project work. During paid engagements I may handle credentials, API keys, or customer data you share with me. I treat that as your property, not mine.
What I do with it
I use contact form data to reply to you and scope work. I use analytics to see which pages matter and which ones don't. I don't sell or share your information with third-party marketers.
Who I share it with
A small number of infrastructure providers process data on my behalf: Supabase (database and storage), Vercel (hosting), and the email provider that delivers your messages to my inbox. Each has its own privacy terms.
Security
This website uses ShieldSync, a security service that inspects web traffic to protect against attacks. ShieldSync processes visitor IP addresses and request metadata for security purposes. Data is retained for 90 days. For more information, see the ShieldSync DPA.
How long I keep it
Contact submissions stay in my inbox for as long as they are useful. If you want your data deleted, ask by email and I'll remove it within a week.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete any personal data I hold on you. Send me a note through the contact form and I'll take care of it.
Changes
If I update this policy, I'll change the date above. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
